Chocolate Chip Cookies

From the kitchen of Callie Hodges & Courtney Hagberg
3 Cups plus 6 Tablespoons Flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking Soda
1 ½ teaspoons Salt
¾ cup Butter
¾ cup Shortening
1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla
3 Eggs
Chocolate chips

Bake @ 375 for 8-10 minutes
