
Vanilla and semi-sweet chocolate chips. The amount will vary depending on how many strawberries you are doing but I usually start with about 1 cup and do more if I need it. Melt these seperatley in glass bowls in the microwave. Stir every 30-35 seconds so the chocolate doesn't burn.

Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate. I used a spoon to help cover them and be sure to hold the green leaves out of the way of the chocolate. You can also swirl the different kinds of chocolate over the other.

Place on waxed paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
