You need:
Fudge Striped cookies
Peanut Butter Cups
Colored Frosting
Place a glob of frosting on the peanut butter cup, squish it down on the cookie so that the frosting comes out-this forms the ribbon around the hat. Then pipe a bow and add a flower with the star decorating tip.
