Shredded Pork Burrito

1 Pork Roast
Tortillas
Green enchilada sauce
Cheddar cheese

Cook roast in crock pot until shreds. (all day) Mix meat, sauce, and cheese together. Put in tortilla. Fold and put in 8x8 pan. Leftover sauce and cheese put on top. Freeze. Garnish with tomato and lettuce. Bake at 350 for 1-1 ½ hours.
