Chicken & Salsa
1 package of chicken thighs (5-6 pieces)
1 jar of salsa
1 packet of dry Italian dressing
Sour cream
Mix chicken, salsa, and dry Italian dressing. Cook on low 6-7 hours. Put sour cream about 15 minutes before serving over rice.
